The problem is that people don’t seem to have a clear path along which to follow, and so they end up going nowhere. The attrition rate in this business is reportedly about 95% and I can believe it. It’s freakin’ frustratin’ as hell at times.
I can’t help thinking of the film the Wizard of Oz where Dorothy comes to the fork in the yellow brick road…
and the following incredibly insightful conversation takes place…
